Accessibility

We want anyone to be able to read our menu, check our hours, find us and place an order — with a keyboard, with a screen reader, with the text size turned up, or however else you use the web. This page says what we are aiming for, what we know is not right yet, and how to reach a person if something gets in your way.

Ordering by phone

Our online ordering is run by another company's software, and it is the part of this site we control least. You never have to use it. Call us and we will take your order on the phone — the same menu, the same prices, the same delivery and pickup, at the same times.

What we are aiming for

We build and test this site against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) version 2.2, Level AA. That is the standard most people mean when they talk about an accessible website. We are not claiming a clean sheet — the list below is what we know still falls short of it.

What we know is not right yet

How we have tested it

So far: automated checks on every page, going through the whole site with a keyboard only and no mouse, and checking each piece of other people's software we embed. Still to do: testing with screen readers on a computer and on a phone, and a run through on a real handset. We will update this page when that is done, rather than before.

If something blocks you

Tell us and we will fix it. The fastest way is to call (305) 225-1500 during opening hours and ask for the manager — you will get a person, not a ticket. If it is not something we can fix on the spot, we will tell you what we can do instead and roughly when the fix will land.
